Does anybody (men or women) have ideas as to how I can deal with such absurd requests.

The nuts no not worth throwing away your marriage and even your hr department then prove to offer sex employment.
I thought this was only seen on t.v but i must be mistaken. I’m glad you are so faithful, i wish my ex was more like you.
Anyway, i think you must be very attractive, which may be a factor, though this is not something that should work against you. If it happens you have a right to go to the police and tell them you are being discriminated against, for being a woman.
If a man ever tries something like this you just tell him no, then if he gives you the choice of that or your job, you kindly remind him that you can get him done for doing so.
An investigation and maybe talk to other woman all else fails look for different employment.

For sexual harassment on the job is taking place you must notify someone that this can take place you must file complaint with hr another supervisor or manager the job is required to inform the harasser that this can take corrective action but before.
